Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the treatment total to be paid. This will need to be done before you can rebook your next appointment.

Nail repairs are free of charge in the first 72 hours, thereafter will be charged per nail repair.

It is your responsibility to advise of any changes in medical history or contact details. Please notify me so that I can update your details.

Salon Guidelines

I am home-based and I do have pets, while they will not be in the room while any treatments are being provided, I cannot allergy-proof the room.

Please come to your appointment solo I provide a 1-1 service which allows me to follow and maintain strict hygiene measures.

If you are booking for a young teen, an adult is required to also attend, please just make me aware so I can make arrangements.
