Apply Cuticle Oil 1-2 times a day, ideally before bed.
Please avoid using saunas, hot tubs, baths or soaking hands in water within the first 24 hours (This includes hand washing dishes).
Please also reduce exposure to heat Eg. Sunbeds.
Please avoid picking your gel manicure if you have any lifting within the first 72 hours please contact me.
Please try to wear gloves when cleaning especially when using chemicals, for example, gardening or washing up.
Try to book your appointments regularly, 2-4 weeks is recommended (It is not advised you go over 4 weeks).
